RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know sometimes things don't work out:
- Please visit your online account to initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, add that item as an exchange during the return process.
- Damage or missing items? Please contact Customer Service for assistance, please provide pictures of the damage in your message.

Once your return is approved, a USPS return label will be sent via email
- Note that a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
- Please allow up to 14 days for processing returns.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
*EXCHANGES
If you select to exchange your item with a different size, color or a new item, any difference in price will be charged when your return is processed. Once your return is processed, your exchange item will ship out.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep these things in mind as you package your return:
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned unwashed, without wear or damage, with tags attached.
- Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- We are not responsible for any damages made to items once worn no matter the circumstance.
- We cannot refund or exchange any products purchased from a 3rd party retailer, you must work directly with the store you purchased it from.
